Our take
I picked up these barbell sleeve covers hoping they'd add some grip and protect my bar during heavy pulls. The PP plastic feels sturdy enough, and they slide on easily. At 22 cm long, they cover the sleeves but aren't overly bulky. They do add a bit of cushion, which is nice for shin contact. My only gripe is that they can shift a little during use if not secured tightly. For the price, they're a decent accessory if you want to save your bar and your shins.
