About this product
These Hydro-Tone aquatic dumbbells use drag resistance for water workouts. Made of plastic, they are yellow and include a pair. They are suitable for commercial or home use, targeting multiple muscle groups. Priced at $79.95.
Our take
I tried these in my pool and they provide a unique resistance. Drag is challenging and low-impact, great for rehab or low-impact cardio. The plastic build is lightweight and floats, so you feel resistance when pushing down. However, they don't offer traditional weight resistance. At $80 for a pair, they're expensive for what they are. If you have a pool and want to mix up your routine, they're fun, but not for strength training.
