Our take
I use these for aqua aerobics and they work well for resistance training. The size is good for a full range of motion, and the water resistance is noticeable. They feel solid in the pool. However, they are not adjustable—what you see is what you get. The price is fair for the quality. Good for toning arms and core in the water.
