These little dumbbells are cute and colorful—perfect for my toddler who wants to copy me lifting. The plastic is lightweight and safe for little hands. Each dumbbell is fixed weight, so no loose parts to worry about. However, at only 0.39 kg total, there's virtually no resistance. The plastic handles aren't very grippy. They're more for role play than exercise. Fine for a 2 or 3-year-old, but any older kid will outgrow them immediately.
