Our take
I ordered this generic kids weight set for my child. The dumbbells are plastic and can be filled with sand to adjust weight, which is a handy feature. However, the quality is hit or miss – the screw caps can be hard to tighten and sand may leak. The set comes with a couple of dumbbells, but no barbell. At 1 lb empty, filling them adds some weight, but not a lot. It's okay for introducing resistance training to kids, but don't expect durability. The price is low, so it's a reasonable gamble, but I'd prefer something sturdier.
